Here at the corporate office of M-Tech we have stars in our eyes. As any parent would feel pride at seeing their child being used in a motion picture, we here at M-Tech Laptops feel the same sense of price in the knowledge that a couple of our children are once again going to be on the silver screen.
Late February of 2010, Jerry Michrina, head marketing director for M-Tech Laptops was contact by Lucie Buchard of "Grooters productions". Ms. Buchard explained that the film "The Frontier Boys" has young teenage sports stars who on the screen always have a friendly competition going on whatever aspect of their life is in the forefront at that moment. It figured that this competition for having the best would not end with just clothes, snowmobile and girls. It had to extend into their very private life. In this movie some amount of time is spent with the two major characters using laptops in their bedrooms to engage in surfing and visiting social networking sites. The fact that neither of these uses really makes full use of the extra power a quality laptop provides, it didn't matter. In keeping with the theme, they needed the best laptops and so they got the best laptops. Two M-Tech models were provided. The laptops were in fact laptops that were owned already and loaned for the three day period these particular scenes were being filmed.
