2023 saw a new CPU that gives true desktop performance yet backs down to only 55 watts of standby power. The new series (which replaces the D series) is the M9700 series.

Every month, the computer market brings out new laptop computers. Most of these new notebook computers fail to live up to decent quality control standards, at least not the quality control that M-Tech expects and uses for the starting point in creating the best notebook computers money can buy.

Yet once in a while some good base products come out that M-Tech feels are a starting point to apply our unique quality control and testing standards to. When these notebook computers prove to be the best notebook computers in the world, we then launch them on a trial basis. This page is where you will find the first mention of these laptops. If the laptops don't meet our requirements long term, you won't see them ever again. We will not sell any laptop just because it makes money. It has to be the best computer in the world or it won't stay on our product list for very long. So please take a minute to review our latest entries into the mobile technology market.
