Tips for Customers
- ☑ Storage: Use a dedicated external drive for backups. Don’t store other files on it.
- ☑ Frequency: Update your system image after major updates or software installs.
- ☑ Labeling: Clearly label the backup drive (e.g., "System Image – Dec 2025”).
- ☑ Testing: Verify the backup by checking that Windows recognizes the image.
- ☑ Security: Keep the drive in a safe place, ideally disconnected when not in use.
- ☑ Recovery: To restore, boot from your recovery drive and select "Restore from a system image.”
